A: Taking in the comfort of self-care, I've discovered, continues to mentally prepare me for the migraine that is finals week! Walking around campus, going to the gym, sticking to my intense but therapeutic skin care routine, arranging my room/desk area, and having a snack drawer ready to binge on have all helped me cope with the stress of finals, and I trust they can help others as well!

I also love being able to work with such an amazing brand and getting to know both the community of creators as well as the College Program Associates!

A: My best tip for finals week is to wake up early, get a good breakfast in, and put away your phone so that all of your attention can be focused on studying, and any exams that you have! Definitely recommend going outside and taking in the sun and fresh air while or before you get your morning started!
